Dear Sirs, You have repeatedly ignored my request for some kind of reply on the problem with my 4k firestick!! Here, I will remind you! First sent March 7, 2019: Dear Sirs, I purchased a 4k Fire TV Stick, from you on February 5, 2019. It worked fine the two times I plugged it in. Today I plugged it in and I’m stuck on the white & orange “Firetv” logo screen. 3 dots are pulsing in lower right corner. I tried the key combo on the remote and that does nothing. I tried the Press and hold the Select Select Button and Play/PausePlay/Pause Button buttons at the same time, for about five or 10 seconds still nothing. I’ve completely unplugged power and hdmi for 10 mins and it still only boots to this screen. I've tried everything I can! Please help or send me a new one as this is completely unacceptable plus completely useless! My original order # is 13794 Feb 5, 2019! Please reply. With Thanks Frank Buss You said "it is plugged into the wall or the usb port of the tv for power? I said "Yes it is plugged into the wall in a separate wall outlet, It still is locked and stuck on the white & orange “Firetv” logo screen. 3 dots are pulsing in lower right corner then a blank screen and then back to the white & orange “Firetv” logo screen. 3 dots are pulsing in lower right corner nothing will load! Ordered a 4k octa core Pro +. Instead I received a Max+. Wrote 3 emails and finally got a email that said send it back. This was on April 25,2019. Mailed back product on the 26th and was received in their mailbox on April 30,2019. I have still not received any response from them. Now my credit card company is taking care of this. I tried to go onto the web site for this company today and there is no such web site. A pears that it is now shut down. RIP OFF. The company is no longer on E Bay more.

Buyer Beware of Techlife TV

Purchased a loaded Firestick from Techlife based on their advertisement of performance. Their product did not deliver/perform as they represented, and service requests from their customer service was so slow that the clock expired on their return window. I wish i had known then what I know now, apparently I was too trusting. My opinion of the reviews on their website with positive ratings is that they may be false, as i attempted to post a 1 star review, and they haven't listed it.Very disappointing experience, makes me wonder if i was scammed. BUYER BEWARE!

NEVER GETS BACK TO YOU

I BOUGHT A OCTACORE LAST SEPTEMBER AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH IT UNTIL IT POPPED AND CAUGHT ON FIRE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH OUT TO THIS COMPANY AND THEY DONT RESPOND NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS! I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THEY WILL DO EITHER FIX IT OR REPLACE IT. I WAS GOING TO BUY THE NEW AMAZON BOX THAT WAS COMING OUT IN JULY AND I HAVE REFERRED ALOT OF CUSTOMERS TO THEM . I'm updating my negative review to a positive one. The unit was fully jailbroken, it was my mistake for not being in the right place. I didn't read the directions where it said to go to the App section under "Manage Installed Application." That is where Kodi and all the other great Android apks are loaded. It's working great, and i'm sorry for leaving a negative review without contact Techlifetv's customer support. When i did email them, they got back to me pretty quickly and offer to issued a refund, but then we figured out the issue was User Error. SMH i'm so embarassed. Thanks again Techlife.tv, I'm very happy with my unit now that i know how to use it. Also the blog section where it explain how to add kodi and other apps to the amazon home page is very Helpful, thanks for that.

Defective unit turned out to be a simple fix

I ordered an andriod octacore box from Techlifetv in Oct 2016. On december 17th, i contacted their tech support, and mentioned my issue and asked if they could help. It took them a couple days to get back to me, but they figured out that the power cable was defective and sent me a new one a YEAR! after the purchase. I offered to pay, and they told me to not worry about it and even paid for shipping out of their own pocket. Their customer service can be slow sometimes, but they're good people and they take care of their customers so i have no complaints. Also i love my box, even a year later it works great, i'm watching all my favorites movies and tv shows for free.
