I ordered an andriod octacore box from Techlifetv in Oct 2016.On december 17th, i contacted their tech support, and mentioned my issue and asked if they could help.
It took them a couple days to get back to me, but they figured out that the power cable was defective and sent me a new one a YEAR! after the purchase. I offered to pay, and they told me to not worry about it and even paid for shipping out of their own pocket.
Their customer service can be slow sometimes, but they're good people and they take care of their customers so i have no complaints.Also i love my box, even a year later it works great, i'm watching all my favorites movies and tv shows for free.
